At cine card photography, every booking requires careful planning, time, and resources. For this reason, all payments made for photography and videography services (including Cine Cards) are non-refundable.

• Booking Fees: All booking fees are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your session date and prevent other bookings.

• Full Payments: Once a session or service is paid in full, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your session, your payment will not be refunded. However, rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability and notice given).

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled in case of emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. A reschedule request must be made at least [X days] in advance.
