Copyright: All photographs remain the copyright of Cine Card Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Usage: Clients receive a license for personal or agreed commercial use of delivered images.
Promotional Use: We reserve the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Delivery of Images
Edited digital images will be delivered via secure online galleries or agreed methods.
Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the service but will be communicated in advance.
Raw/unedited files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for professional results, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, technical failures).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring necessary permissions, permits, or property access for photography.
Clients agree to cooperate and follow instructions to ensure the best possible results.
